Community Sweat Lodge - Temazcal Comunitario

The Traditional Temazcal Ceremony is a ceremony that purifies us and blesses us in water! It's like a Sauna! Duration 2.30min. Of which 30-40 and up to 50min. we are inside the temazcal, sweating, singing, praying, sharing the word or in silence. When entering the volcanic stones into the Temazcal they are blessed by placing Copal, Palo Dulce, Salvia Real on them and then putting on them water already prepared with eucalyptus, mint or whatever is decided to heal on them. My way of running the Temazcal Ceremony is Native Indian Apache, that is, I work more on energy, that is to say have a good time, if it is very hot I will invite you to leave and then re-enter the Temazcal.
