About the event
The Traditional Temazcal Ceremony is a ceremony that purifies us and blesses us in water! It's like a Sauna! Duration 2.30min. of which 30-40 and up to 50min. We are inside the temazcal, sweating, singing, praying, sharing the word or in silence. When the volcanic stones enter the Temazcal, they are blessed by putting Copal, Palo Dulce, Salvia Real and then putting water already prepared with eucalyptus, mint or whatever you decide to heal on them. My way of running the Temazcal Ceremony is Native Apache Indian, that is, I work more on energy, that is to say that they have a good time, if it is very hot I will invite them out and then re-enter the Temazcal.
👉Recommendation; drink plenty of water before the event. Make a subtle food intake.
